The purpose of this blog is to sift through all the information out there related to career management and present those ideas that I feel will help us do a better job of managing our careers. As an HR Manager with a Fortune 40 company, I believe that career management consists of the following: 1) personal branding, 2) business etiquette, 3) feedback, 4) knowing our strengths, and 5) building and maintaining relationships. Thus, each post will in one way or another, be related to one or more of these topics.
